Additionally, services like Stalicon Commerce sites offer SSL auto-renewal, exemplifying our dedication to continuous enhancement. We may periodically add or remove features, adjust service limits, and introduce new services or retire old ones. For services requiring downloadable software, updates may occur automatically to deliver new versions or features. Users may have the option to adjust automatic update settings for some services.

  • Prohibition of Unacceptable Practices: Any scam, fraud, or other unacceptable practices on sites maintained by Stalicon will not be tolerated. Stalicon reserves the right to immediately suspend the site or even the entire project in such instances.

  • Example: A client's Twitter account managed by Stalicon MStudio is owned by the client, while the content strategy and management are handled by Stalicon.

3.3 Client-Owned Content on Stalicon Managed Platforms:

  • Content owned by clients and used on Stalicon-managed platforms, such as Stalicon Commerce sites and domains managed by Stalicon Domains, remains the property of the client. Stalicon ensures the secure and efficient operation of these platforms, respecting client ownership and usage rights.
  • A client's e-commerce product listings on a Stalicon Commerce site belong to the client, while Stalicon manages the platform's functionality and security.

3.1 Stalicon-Generated Content:

  • Content produced and generated by Stalicon and its team, such as Stalicon Guides and Blogs, is owned and used by Stalicon. Users engaging with this content are expected to respect intellectual property rights and comply with usage guidelines.
  • Example: Stalicon Guides provide valuable insights into business consultancy. Users accessing these guides must adhere to the terms outlined to benefit from the information.

Ownership and Rights: In all cases, the ownership and rights to the content are clearly defined. Stalicon respects the intellectual property of its clients and ensures the proper use and protection of content in accordance with applicable laws.
